These are the steps that we like to work by with every custom order. Don't hesitate to send us a ton of inspirational material, the more you send the easier the entire process will be for the both of us. 

But do not worry, if you are not 100% sure what you are looking for we will closely work with you to discover your inner Fairy Creature or Goddess!

1. Pick a theme: Begin by selecting a theme that resonates with your style and vision. Whether it's inspired by nature, a specific era, or a unique concept, choosing a theme will help guide the customization process.

2. Create a moodboard: To further refine your vision, create a moodboard that includes images, colors, and textures that represent your desired aesthetic. This will help in communicating your preferences and inspirations to us.

3. Choose a design from the existing designs on the website: Explore the existing designs on the Vuorelta Design website. Find a design that aligns with your theme and captures your imagination. This will serve as a starting point for the customization process.

4. Pick colors that match your theme: Select colors that complement your chosen theme and enhance the overall look and feel of your custom piece. Consider the hues, shades, and tones that best represent your vision.

5. Contact us with the information from the previous steps: Reach out to us through our contact information or inquiry form. Provide us with the details of your chosen theme, your moodboard, the design you have selected, and the colors you prefer. We will work closely with you to bring your vision to life.

6. After agreeing on a design, pay 50% upfront: Once we have discussed and finalized the design details, we will provide you with a quote for the custom piece. To secure your order, we kindly request a 50% upfront payment. This will enable us to begin the creation process.

7. Receive multiple 'in progress pictures': During the crafting process, we will share multiple 'in progress pictures' with you. These images will give you a glimpse into the creation of your custom piece and allow for any necessary adjustments or modifications.

8. After agreeing on the finished piece, pay the remaining 50% plus shipping: Once your custom piece is complete, we will share detailed photographs with you for your final approval. If you are satisfied with the result, we kindly request the remaining 50% payment, along with the shipping fee, to ensure a smooth delivery process.

9. Wait patiently for the parcel to arrive: Once the payment is received, we will carefully package your custom piece and ship it to your designated address. Please allow for the appropriate shipping time based on your location.

10. Enjoy your custom piece: Once your parcel arrives, open it with excitement and joy. Adorn yourself with the meticulously crafted custom headpiece or ear cuff that was brought to life based on your unique vision and style. Enjoy wearing your one-of-a-kind creation and let it elevate your style and spirit.
